Executive Pay Disclosure
To comply with the requirements of paragraph 2.29 of the Academy Trust Handbook 2025, the Hinchley Wood Learning Partnership must publish on its website, in a separate and readily accessible format, the number of employees whose benefits exceeded £100,000, in £10,000 bandings, for the year ended 31 August. For this purpose, ‘benefits’ include salary, employer pension contributions, other taxable benefits and any termination payments.
The academy trust has not entered into any off-payroll arrangements with individuals who are not employees of the trust.
