Trust Dividend

In articulating the benefits of being part of the Hinchley Wood Learning Partnership (HWLP), we feel it is important to start by stating that we believe in the importance of earned autonomy.  We are aware that each of our schools operates within its own unique context and, whilst we will always share evidence based best practice across our schools, we trust our school leaders and staff to develop their own way of working and doing things where it is in the best interests of our pupils to do so.  Our strength comes from the sharing of ideas across our schools, rather than a rigid alignment of practices according to a centrally designed model.
