Part Time Sixth Form Coordinator Required
15 hours per week, 39 weeks p.a.
Term time only plus attendance on GCSE results/6th Form enrolment day and occasional evening meetings

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to work in a job share capacity alongside our current Sixth Form Coordinator, providing effective operational and high quality administrative support service within our Sixth Form Department.
A positive and flexible approach is essential. Other qualities required include patience, excellent communication skills, and being able to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, building good relationships with colleagues and students. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required, as well as proven experience providing administrative support. Previous school experience in a similar role, and/or experience working with young people would be advantageous.

The working pattern is 15 hours per week spread over 2 days per week during term time, plus attendance on GCSE results day and 6th Form enrolment, and occasional evening meetings. The actual annual salary based on 15 hours/ week over 39 weeks is £8,942.
