We are a small, friendly multi academy trust located on the borders of South West London between Surbiton and Esher, Surrey; and include a 3 form entry primary school, 3 form entry junior school and a co-educational secondary academy supporting students from 11 – 18 years.
Applicants will need to demonstrate high standards and expectations, and be able to deliver innovative and enjoyable teaching and learning experiences, ensuring our pupils achieve the best possible outcomes. Working in partnership with the leadership team, our Year Leaders:
- Provide, and role model, high quality teaching, learning and classroom management through exemplary practice;
- Oversee the delivery of excellent classroom teaching within the year group, to ensure pupils of all abilities are stretched;
- Are keen and willing to explore innovative methods of curriculum delivery to capture the imagination of the pupils;
- Support and line manage teaching and support colleagues within the year group to develop their teaching and learning practice and performance.
